What we cannot help with
We cannot see or change anyone's betting account. If you have a problem with a deposit, a withdrawal, a bonus credit, account verification or a closed account, you need to contact that sportsbook directly. Use the support channel inside its app or on its website, and keep screenshots, transaction records and any ticket numbers.
We also cannot recover funds, act as a mediator, or give legal, tax or financial advice. For those matters, consult a qualified professional. Please never send passwords, full card numbers or ID documents. We will never ask for them.
